I'm in Ho Chi Minh City for one last night. The food and the people are wonderful. I went to dinner with Loan. She works at the "Saigon T-Shirt" store (they have cool T’s there) and is really sweet. We had a large plate of little razor clams but she called them finger clams? Also had a dish of scallops with dry garlic. And a sugar cane drink that was fantastic.
